SMALL GROUP EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ACCCOUNT MANAGER
Are you experienced and skilled in analyzing and strategizing Employee Benefit solutions and enjoy talking with business owners and HR? Are you looking to work remote with some required outside business meetings with clients, prospects and team meetings?

About the Role:
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a book of business and is a top priority of this position. The Client Success Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships and managing assigned accounts, annual due diligence, client renewals, and assisting with employee new hires/terms and Open Enrollment. The individual must know how to accurately prepare RFQs, competently prepare excel spreadsheets, accurately quote benefit plans through Health Connect for small employers and must have great attention to details.
The individual must be able to communicate well, prepare review letters/emails for clients, strategically analyze benefit solutions for employers, and offer logical recommendations to align with the client’s benefit objectives and budget. Must be able to work independently and resolve client billing or claim issues, eligibility issues, COBRA, and other customer service issues. The Account Manager must have a good understanding of insurance networks, provider and Rx look-ups, competent with underwriting requirements and benefits/services the carriers provide.
This individual must have and maintain positive relationships and respect with team members, insurance carriers, referral partners, and clients.
This individual must have a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a positive attitude, and be a good brand representative. This individual must be able to multi-task, be flexible and willing to adapt to change. This individual must have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with our clients and be a positive representative of MNJ Insurance Solutions and our core values.
This individual must have a CA life and health license in good standing.
